The recruitment of our work force and artisans, semi-skilled and unskilled labour, is undertaken as carefully as possible to ensure that statutory requirements are met. Masakhane Mining Engineering promotes and encourages the use of vendors that can demonstrate measurable commitment in terms of specific empowerment programmes, such as Skills Development, Employment Equity and contracting with B-BBEE sub-contractors.

These vendors shall be accredited as empowerment contributors and the company shall value such vendors on a preferential procurement basis when contracts are invited or awarded.
